Right? We heavily subsidize them, some operate as “non profits” and don’t pay fair taxes, we pay premium costs for tickets and concessions, we have tons of commercial breaks, they now advertise all over the playing surface and jerseys… and then we are to pay top dollar to watch our teams.

Nah, it’s alright! It’s exhausting when everything has to suck and be a battle. Attending Pitt games is supposed to be fun. Now I feel like being a loyal ticket holder for 15 years just gets me treated like trash. Also tired of paying more for less, and told to deal with it. Now Pitts doing it.

I sit in 537. I prefer being up there cause you can watch the whole play develop over the entire field. Moving down isn’t as good of a view, we lose our awesome section, and my ticket price is going to double. Trying to see the upside here…. I was told I can pay the same to sit in the end zone :/

I hope. I think it’s a great idea to tarp, but gotta adjust prices accordingly. Had those seats 15-16 years. Our whole section is so much fun. Who knows where those people end up. But yea, the prices they’re showing aren’t just a little more. One ticket is $200 more than I paid for two.
