Das Eiswerk in Rheinbach ist die beste Eisdiele der Region. Heute gab es Milchreis- (mein absoluter Liebling) und Heidelbeer-Schmand-Eis. Dafür lohnt es sich auch Mal gerade 20km mit dem Rad hin und zurück zu fahren.

Ein schwarzes Tablett auf einem Holztisch mit einer Glasschale voll weißem und lilafarbenem Eis, garniert mit einer runden Waffel. Daneben steht eine weiße Tasse Espresso mit einem kleinen Keks auf dem Löffel.

Ja es geht aktuell Schlag auf Schlag. Hier hat vor zwei Tagen das Feld ein paar Straßen weiter gebrannt. Angeblich weiß man nicht warum. Es führt ja auch nur eine viel befahrene Straße daran vorbei. Da würde ja niemand eine Zigarette aus dem Auto schnippen.

Aktuell reden alle davon in Bonn nur schwer über den Rhein zu kommen. Dann läuft man halt am Rhein einfach nach oben, z.B. beim Post Tower Run. 161hm, 828 Stufen, Ziel einfach nur ankommen, Ziel erreicht ;)

Bei der elektrischen Fähre sind es 8-11, je nach Größe der Autos. Wenn die Dieselfähre wiederkommt, dann sind es mindestens 15-20. Das Bild ist von vorhin.

The weather gets colder, so time for some comfort #KitchenZen. In summer I had the first time Carbonades flamandes, in France, even now I know it is a dish from Flanders, Belgium (looking at you @timc.eu and Jente). The star of it is the sauce and I added mashed potatoes and red cabbage as sides.
