Being an introvert with high levels of anxiety certainly doesn't help at all.

Twitter's algorithm fucked things up even before it turned into whatever it is now (nothing good), both Bluesky and Mastodon are pretty decent for community stuff but sucks for work. So where the heck do one go do get more art work these days? I've been struggling along and it's not working.

It still has some costs. Prescription medication becomes free for a year if it exceeds the cost of $380 — but like with me, you might have to pay all of that at once. There's also $15/day in hospital and about $15-25 for a doctors appointment. So not as batshit as the US but you can still feel it.

Got the result for the radioactive iodine treatment today and the good news is that I didn't have any extra cancer apart from the bit they removed in April. Bad news is I still have medication to pay. Skill have levelled up a little though. #art #ttrpg #artcommissions

If anything I would have guessed that they'd be more supportive of the "can't know everything even if popular". One year I tried finding a new artist every day. It was hell, not so much for finding things but the brain went mush fast and I still can't remember ANY music from that year.

OH. right! i get it now!

i get why AI is so depressing to me. because covid already shrunk my world to almost nothing, where almost all of my life revolves around socializing and watching videos on the internet (which is being ruined by AI) and creating creative works through coding (which is being ruined by AI), often using open source tools and libraries (which are being ruined by AI)

i already had so little and now even that is being rotted away before my eyes

It might be a way to break the bias that happens in forum moderations after a while — where friends get away with more. Because to me it feels a little like a google plus forum? And it seems to be voluntary to be in "jury duty" which is good. It seems like an interesting experiment.

I think I have more respect for people being unhinged on their main because people doing it on a dedicated side-account feels like they know they're being weird and unhinged but go 200% because there's no consequence. Where-as the first one's are probably them being obliviously themselves.
