Started Some Desperate Glory on Monday night, just wrapped up. I was worried for the ending once the ball started rolling, but I have been absolutely blown away. This is the clearest 10/10 I've read in a while. Fantastic prose, interesting characters (& development), and perfect pacing. Dont skip

First read of 2026 I think! Not gonna lie, this one fucked my brain up a bit. Normally I hate AI in any story, but this was so interesting and I loved all of the imagery and the hints of the world throughout. Very cerebral. Not the mecha action sci-fi boom boom I anticipated, but better for it

Picked this up because it was recommended for Severance fans on #Booktok This was a great read! I finished it in a single day. Not what I expected, and I was wavering back and forth the entire time deciding if I hated or loved it. The ending cinched it for me, the weird journey was 100% worth it.

This book has vaporized me. I'm now filled with dread because I know I'll never get to experience this series for the first time again, but I am so, so pleased with how things ended. I'm itching to see what's next for the Cosmere, this was peak Sanderson. Journey before destination.

God, I love this woman. My wife got me a white OLED steam deck for Christmas! I had no idea this was happening! Giving the old one up as a gift to someone who also has no idea they're getting a Steam Deck for Christmas. Very excited to see the reaction ☺️

It's actually jokes how much better Apple Replay is than Wrapped. I just went back today so I don't have data for this year, this is 2023. It seems a lot better at suggesting music. I listened to 1k more albums and 200 more artists on Apple Music last year compared to Spotify this year.
