Maple Town and its sequel series Palm Town One of the most influential 80s shows in terms of art direction. The 90s Sailor Moon style originates here. But Toei's probably asking for an arm and a leg and I don't see US companies taking them up on such an offer. Especially for a furry shoujo anime.

Patty Rabbit Needle Felt sculpture I commissioned back in February from @karrybird.bsky.social! I love her SO much she is everything 🥺 These pics just don’t do her justice! Gotta get some in natural light soon! Thank you Karry!!!

Shelf pic of Patty Rabbit from Maple Town. A needle felted sculpture by Karrybird on Bsky. A cute brown bunny wearing a pink dress, white apron with a carrot, red shoes and a beaded pink pearl ear accessory standing on a green base.

Mr. Bear: Haha! I tumbled down a hill like friggin' Sonic The Hedgehog and found this quarter! I'll retire in days at this rate! Mr. Rabbit: I think that tumble gave you a concussion. #MapleTown #MapleTownAbridged

Patty: Gretel! What are doing?! Gretel: My role as the heel for this show, what else? Trust me, Maple Town would be much more boring if I went on to being an honest citizen. #MapleTown #MapletownAbridged

#anime #mapletown #mapletownmonogatari I've been seeing that there are mentions of users wanting to watch the Maple Town Monogatari series, but just don't know how to (I don't blame them since it's hard to find online in a usual sense) Well fear no more as I take you through on a guide to watching-

Im gonna live in the little maple town house ok

A little fairy tale cartoon house with a star on its door and a lil roof shaped more like a wizard hat with stars dangling from its tip while a parade of little animal kids walk into it.

Same here, Maple Town in general needs to be more well known and subbed. We did get the first entry fully subbed, but palm town might be a long while tho. ..and more fans of maple town monogatari in general

But on the plus side tho, at least it's a lot more accessible in some way (I'm not saying you should sail the seas but...yk) plus the subbing scene for it is gaining some traction recently I just wished we get a lot more for that 40th anniversary officially..but we can do it anyway

I'm still happy to see that maple town monogatari is still getting discovered and even getting some more people to watch it in recent times..but man did it get robbed on its 40th anniversary Not even a mention by toei themselves (as far as I know.) it really is hard being a fan of obscure anime tbh

There's an account on Xitter that pisses me off in a really stupid way 'cos they keep sharing stuff from the spin off series of Maple Town, Palm Town, and mis-identifies it as Maple Town. Like it just negates the existence of Maple Town and I don't like that

If you fan translate something using chatgpt or whatever you've actually made it harder for it to get a fan translation of any actual quality. You've contributed less than nothing, an actually negative effect. And you should be dragged out into the street and shot.

Speaking of tilsets, while i"m still deciding wheither I should do it or not, but if I were to do tileset commision sheet (preferably mega man style) how much would one of ya pay for it? Not for now mind you, but a plan to see what fits

It's been a while since I showcased a tileset remake I've been working on, might show it sometime here (It's another mega man f tileset remake since that cancelled fangame holds a special place to my heart and I wanna give it a fresh new look too) Stay tuned for that

I haven't worked on a model kit in a while, so I broke open this Samurai Pizza Cats set. Now, to call this a model kit is a bit of a stretch. It was extremely simple to assemble. Nothing needed to be cut from a sprue, or needed sanding, or any decal application. Incredibly engineered from Yolopark
