posting on large social media has become increasingly difficult to manage as someone with GAD and panic disorder, the constant eyes put on a person is a genuine nightmare for people with conditions like mine and I'm sadly one of the many who can't manage it (2/6)

I suppose now that I'm more stable I'll elaborate on a few things 🧵 to clarify: I won't be on twitter, tumblr and bsky, I will continue posting on ao3 and pixiv (both under the name NumyNum) as well as being on discord (1/6)

even walking is a chore sometimes. the other day I had to get a physiotherapy appointment for my leg because while walking I somehow managed to pop my knee and I could not walk properly after 😭 like bro I was WALKING

being disabled feels like my body is rage baiting me I have mysteriously popped my wrist and now my hand hurts, I have literally done nothing that would be too straining, and now my tendons are inflamed.
