doc i went to yesterday bc of unrelated reasons tried to tell me i don't have ocd and just know infection chains after like 30 seconds of talking to me after i've struggled with ocd most of my life, its insane honestly from what he told me im sure he has ocd too and just doesn't want to believe it

there's lots that could've changed since then, you could also ask for a print of the results to check for yourself in case the doctors are unreliable, if you choose to give it a try, tell them to check minerals and vitamins and why you want to know, some doctors don't take their job serious enough

if you think it's still caffeine withdrawal you could try licorice (why it's supposed to help is too complicated for me to explain) and of course drinking lots of water (try 1,5L/day) there's also mineral & vitamin withdrawals that can make you tired, so, if you can, maybe get your blood checked out

Hurt feelings aren't an inherently bad thing. Pain spurs people to growth. When you call out a friend's bad behavior, it will hurt them *and also* it's a call for them to be a kinder person. The key is to be thoughtful and invite reintegration when the work is done.
