NTBCC is looking to engage with residents and are looking for suggestions for places to meet. As well as Instagram - another option is to use the NTBCC 'Contact us' option 👇 ntbcc.org.uk/contact/

There's mention of a pre-application having been submitted in October (2025?) but we are unaware of any such application. The sales particulars for the site are here scarlettdev.co.uk/developments... including a 'Concept Design'. It seems that the hotel market continues to thrive....

Disappointing to see in response to @finlaymcf.bsky.social's question at full Council today that the dead tree(s) on Picardy Place will not be replaced until Autumn / Winter 2025- 26.

Our response to the recent consultation: The Draft Strategy lacks priorities and timescales, it mixes strategic issues and operational matters. It is unclear what are, or are not, priorities. "In summary.....the strategy needs to be re-thought, starting with a coherent vision for Princes Street"

A beacon of light on Picardy Place ? Not in our view but confirmation that long standing plans are reaching fruition at the former Bank of Scotland branch.
