Happy Whiskey-dog after a morning of successful achievements: had breakfast, got a cat can to lick, played ball & successfully defended the house against the assault on the mailbox. Would have liked to eat the postman as a bonus 2nd breakfast but one needs to balance achievements with snoozles.

Brown dog with black face looking happily while his picture is being taken. he is standing on a light green floral carpet. different dark green floral pattern on curtains in entrance to room.

Mia has been missing from Jaye since Friday 11/28/25. She took off through an open gate. She was seen at a neighbor's later that day but has not been seen since. #uglydogs if you know anyone in the Ester/Fairbanks area or farther please have them keep their eyes peeled.. my heart is breaking.

#uglydogs I ordered this book after reading @blairbraverman.bsky.social review and it did not disappoint ( tbh, would anything reviewed by Bler disappoint us?!?) it came yesterday & was read straight through last night- could not put it down, to Whiskey-dog’s dismay. 12/10

Thanks for the reminder @janemunday.bsky.social. Every summer, I repost this article DROWNING DOES NOT LOOK LIKE DROWNING. To date, I know of FOUR kids who were saved after someone who'd clicked on the link learnt how to spot actual drowning. Take time to read and pass on. slate.com/technology/2...

Cannot stress how much -any- orders would help, incredibly, right now. Phone is about to be off. Never got to get human groceries (but the dogs are ok right now). It’s been very bad times. So much original art to give away w/ orders. I’d be honored if you took me up on any of the specials. <3

#uglydogs Need your advice- should I report this sandwich thief to the appropriate authorities? Even though I held it up high in my hand as I picked something up from the floor? Definitely a crime of opportunity…Happy Friday

Brown dog with a black face who seems to be saying « who me? I’m starving, haven eaten anything all day, especially not a roasted chicken sandwich with lettuce & mayo on whole grain »

lettuce and a piece of bread on the floor- definite evidence of a violent crime
