This causes errors during display & loading. So I RE'd and fixed it. 213127

Line5X at 1600x1200 (1:1 AR) through the OSSC, then vertically pre-scaled and horizontally decimated and scaled to 10X via RT4K. I've never seen so little noise from a NES console. 121
