The English Mayors are getting new funding powers to give them more power to shape the development of their regions. These powers must be expanded to Wales to ensure that our regions do not fall further behind equivalent English regions, and to spread investment in Wales beyond the south-east.

Westminster must not leave Wales behind in their new regional devolution plans
