Rictus was swinging the spear sword slowly as he waited for Mizu to show. As he saw the swordsman walk up, he stuck the spear end in the dirt and walked up to Mizu, sizing them up. "Ambessa speaks highly of you and your skill. She's asked me to be a practice for large opponents. Do you need --

A reaction not unwarranted, as he understands it. He stands silently, not wanting to create any reason for trouble.

“I don’t make jokes, not intentionally.”

He does not move, and holds Sil softly but tightly against himself.

Of course. He cradled an arm around him.

He blushed and held his cheek. He smiled.

“We never cooked the same thing on a given day for that exact reason. Repetition creates want and resentment.” He smiled brightly. “I am. You were quite right, it was time I got out of my abode and into the world. No time for gaining moss anymore. But we’ve talked too much about me for a —

"If that's what you would like, we shall..." He sighed and leaned his head back on the pillow. He could not remember feeling this comfortable and good in a very long time.

"I am not afraid of attempting it, no."

He leaned his head down and kissed Sil's neck. He would explore his love marks later. He brushed a hand down Sil's shoulder and arm, and kissed his shoulder softly. "Did you rest well?"

He smiled as he felt the man close to him. He felt very relaxed and yet sore from last night. He could feel some of the fingernail cuts on his shoulder beginning to sting a little. "...Good morning, Possum."

Then he will provide him whatever he wants tonight.

If he needs to talk away from prying eyes, he is more than willing to accommodate that.
