I get sad looking at old pics and knowing I've lost weight, knowing when I take new ones now I'm smaller than I was. I gotta remind myself that's fuckin dumb, I'm softer than ever even if I am lighter. And that this is just temporary and I'm gonna get heavy and huge again one day 😤😋

Yes (kinda?). I found a higher dose pill I can take that helps me have no reactions. It's a godsend 💛 But also I learned that denser dairy (like heavy cream n such) has LESS lactose? So as long as I eat the higher quality/fattier stuff I am also able to handle it better x)

Getting jealous of someone who only burns 50-60 active calories a day when I'm stuck hitting 700 calories burned (with 3100 burned 'resting energy') and yet all I do is desk work and walk around the house 😭 I wish I could donate my metabolism, please, someone, anyone, take it awaaaay 💀

I eat the same things over and over ._." 90% of the time I eat food in a daily rotation, somethin every 2 hours. (Donuts, boost, ramen, boost, snack time, boost, misc dinner, dessert then repeat) Gets kinda monotonous at times but it works 😤
