Overlaid a background of masked ICE agents, a green box with blue text reads, "NEWS." Below is a headline in white and green text: "Appeals Court Rejects ICE Detention Policy and Compares It to Japanese Internment During World War II." An inset features Rep. A navy blue headline on an off-white background says, "The bottom line." Underneath is a list of 3 bullet points: The first bullet features an icon representing people and says, "Travel for abortion care is shaped by both state abortion bans and where care is available." The second features a medical clinic icon and says, "Independent clinics are essential. When clinics close, patients often have fewer options close to home." The third features a heart icon and says, "Everyone deserves abortion care that’s safe, local, and accessible." Colorful text says, "Fact: Where someone gets abortion care depends on two things: 1) State laws, with abortion bans forcing people to leave their state; and 2) Clinic availability, stressing the importance of independent clinics for abortion access, many of which have closed since the Dobbs decision. The graphic notes that, since Dobbs, 100 independent abortion clinics have closed or stopped providing care; and 13 states now have no abortion clinics.
