i think reddit is really good at building communities that are small but relevant enough to hit an arbitrary threshold but for anything below that it feels like there's nowhere online to talk about it now besides working your way into a twitter fandom friend group

i don't miss much about the chan these days but i do miss how useful it was to talk about niche art, even in a way that dedicated subreddits aren't. like the amount of discussion about fuckin webcomics or deepcut albums and subgenres on places like /co/ and /mu/ will really never be replicated again

Stuck without a working phone because my new phone is in the package that UPS drivers attempt to "deliver" without knocking on the door, ringing the doorbell or even getting close enough to the house to make the dog bark. All UPS customer service is via phone only. Fuck my chungus life genuinely
