early mtg designs have always felt cartoonish to me but in a charming way and i love how these leggings look against the skirt fabric - it feels so cartoony but still really pretty

i would be so much more powerful if i actually had all the materials i needed for this (still waiting for them in the mail 🥲) i am super cheesed that i did most of this with fabric and materials i already had (other than the skirt fabric) #cosplaywip #notgodzillawip

girl math: it cost me $0 to make this because everything was materials i already had from other projects 💅

hoarding works: the purple ultrapreme for those leggings and this huge bag of random buckles were things i hoarded and held onto for over 6 years - never get rid of your random cosplay scraps notions, gang

these look like leggings in her latest art so i went that route - i used elmer's glue to "baste" the elastic velvet to the fabric and also used stabilizer to make sewing it less of a pain 🫡 they're just "basted" together with a long zigzag stitch while i'm waiting for more supplies!

anyway I won't even pretend like I didn't already start working on this because I found the most gorgeous purple and gasped so I had to get it 🙂‍↕️ I'm basing mine off her latest art and the dual masters collab because there's elements of each one I want to do #cosplaywip #notgodzillawip
