The veto must not be used to shield ongoing violations of the #UNCharter. Today - 27th of March or 27/3 – and every day Norway calls for the full application of the Charter's Article 27 (3): "a party to a dispute shall abstain from voting in the #UNSC" It is an obligation. Not an option.
