Royal Mail's miniature sheets of #stamps are printed in larger sheets called Press Sheets (ie off the press) & then cut to size. Makes sense: but why is there an extra set of perforations in the top (and maybe bottom) margin? I have top left & top right if anyone is interested, £12+post. DM/email.

Well this has screwed any private #stamp sales on #eBay_UK Collectors like to use stamps on letters, no chance now for private sellers. No stamps, label only, RoyalMail or Evri, & all tracked. That'll please Postal delivery workers (NOT). (Business sellers are unaffected.)
