Yes! This! I once did a talk about imposter syndrome and one of my big take aways is that often imposter syndrome is a signal to you that there is values misalignment, NOT that you aren't good enough.

Things that give me hope: - neighbors who look out for each other - drivers who do that little thank you wave - the camaraderie of experiencing live music or sports events with strangers - cognitive processing therapy - what Mamdani is doing in NYC - mutual aid groups - libraries #spiritchat

Sometimes hope works against us. Yesterday, I ended a relationship I’d been so hopeful about. It was that hope that made me stay longer than I should have, forgive things I never would have been ok with otherwise. Im grieving that. The hope now is that something better will follow. #spiritchat

It’s hard to feel connection when you’re always go go going, hustling, grinding, and then exhausted and burnt out. Capitalism does that to us on purpose so that we’re too tired and too disconnected to fight for each other. Living interconnectedness as a practice is a resistance. #spiritchat

Some ways to build connection: - Make a phone call, leave a voice note, or send a written letter - Talk to your neighbors - Be social on social media and engage with people you know - Journal, dance, or meditate (the connection with self is just as important as the connection with others)
