5. Budget time for it as you would for other projects or tasks. If you build a foundation where you've generally connected with your audience, you wont have to be online all the time for them to stay engaged with you.

4. Your content does not have to be perfect. It only has to be valuable to people and as consistent as you can be. Don't worry about having the perfect brand colors or an entire calendar already figured. Just - as you would with real life community - show up. The rest of it can grow over time.

It’s hard to feel connection when you’re always go go going, hustling, grinding, and then exhausted and burnt out. Capitalism does that to us on purpose so that we’re too tired and too disconnected to fight for each other. Living interconnectedness as a practice is a resistance. #spiritchat

The regime is bad. And the enemy of my enemy is not my friend. History has shown us, over and over and over again, that US intervention has never benefited a country. Or a people. Don't forget who put the regime in power in the first place. Context matters and the geopolitical timeline is long.
