Watching #strictly results show a day late.Why on earth is the guest singer’s volume always so low compared to the rest of the show. Often if they have a band with them you can’t hear the singer at all. They fail at this EVERY year.

I have long been of the opinion that firms should be taxed additionally for the % of their workers who are claiming universal credit ( not other benefits), because essentially the state is subsidising low wages through benefits and the firms that benefit should pay for it

@mrjamesob.bsky.social be aware that some of those people will be on very low doses of antidepressants for non-specific pain conditions like fibromyalgia- because they are at low levels painkillers for nerve pain so the % who would benefit from therapy is a lot lower than the 20% you are quoting
