Name a song that came out while you were in elementary school that you still love as an adult. One song? ONE? For me it’s the entire fucking ‘Thankful’ album by MaryMary. It still slaps to this day and I still know all the words to each song. I’m not even Christian anymore and it still slaps HARD

This was me with my lower back/hip. I ignored it for YEARS. It got so bad I eventually couldn’t drive. 6 months of PT twice a week, and eventually a cortisol shot, genuinely saved my mobility - and my ability to drive! I did a 12 hour road trip this summer and was 100% fine! PT is worth it, trust me

Two words: Satin pillowcase To be fair my hair hasn’t been nearly that long in pver a decade. But I toss and turn in my sleep so bonnets never stayed on anyways. A satin pillowcase has been a lifesaver for my curls - and surprisingly good at keeping my adult acne in check, too!
