A big chunk of my daily work is to CHANGE 🔧 stuff: change the way people behave (by communicating or setting up incentives), change the flow 🌊 of work (by adjusting mechanisms and processes), or change the systems and their arch 🗺️ (mostly indirectly, via the heads and hands of my fellow engineers).

I'm totally hooked on behavioral psychology - it helps me understand, predict, and yes ... sometimes even manipulate people's motivations. I tend to watch other folks very carefully, but I put at least the same amount of effort into self-awareness - in order to understand myself better.
