Meaning you can translate 2d shapes, contours, etc. which is good for like cartoon and graphics but if you want to draw your own character in diff detail you'll need some point of reference for understanding form. that'll take some practice itself but shape is a stepping stone 110

I want this to be the game that truly makes a good balance of story, concrete puzzles, designed dungeons, open puzzles, and adventuring in the world. TotK missed the mark for me. But at the same time, it makes me wonder for those species that do have set patterns. How do I approach them in comparison? 120
Noel @noevlys.bsky.social · 17/05/2026this mostly becoming a thing because the patterns + designing clothing has a lot of detail and hides other details so it feels like they are in conflict. Less patterns and leaving room and allowing for clothing to have expression and meaning. This is kinda fitting anyways because normally I draw- 130
