no, but the process is decomp the game with ghidra/ect (I think xbox or something has a special tool based on the emulator's interpreter) to turn it into C code, then you figure out what the functions do, relabel the variables / data structures, fix errors, and stuff, then recompile it targeting pc.

EQ can't be thrown and knee doesn't cross him up, he wins that matchup if he waits until timeout and chips w/ j2Kmash as a bomb covers him. Gen-an and Kyoshiro were who I found to be top tier, cuz GE's 2A is a blockstring infinite (and he can chip EQ well), and KY's 214B fireball is like 25f total.

Reminds me of teaching bums to play fighting games at a competitive level. Once they get their execution down and have a solid strategy every improvement from then on is learning when to to focus on what, when to autopilot what, how to fake where their focus is, and punishing players who can't.

Lotta it is peeps just not understanding that timing stuff is largely unrelated to reaction speeds, and also that the difference between the min consistent length for the window is legit like a 400% difference. Seen too many lay folk say a 200ms window sounds hard to time.
