When I read this the scene from Stand By Me came to mind. The one where the villain played by Kiefer Sutherland was being held at gunpoint by Wil Wheaton. Ace mockingly says to the Wheaton character something like "You gonna shoot all of us?" to which he replies "No, just you, Ace."
