I played through the ME trilogy for the first time this year, and was largely underwhelmed after maaany years of hype. My largest take away was that it would have been far less popular, but way more interesting (and enjoyable) if it was tactics instead of a shooter.

added context on Steam’s AI disclosure… it’s a part of the content survey that developers fill out prior to review, a process that makes sure the game isn’t breaking any of Steam’s legal guidelines. However, AI usage isn’t against guidelines, so it can slip by without being disclosed.
