I can’t sleep. I think I’ve got hyperarousal related to some ptsd stuff. Or something akin to that. I keep almost falling asleep then hearing things that are either real or not and jumping up in bed. And my heart starts racing. It’s getting unbearable.

A bit ago my mom caught Covid or the flu. She’s better now but it set off my OCD bad. I’ve been using hand sanitizer so much that it’s wrecked my skin. So much is pealing off. I’ve been trying to cut down on it and use hand lotion. Ah the joys of mental illness.
