Doc's appointment was good. No need for a marrow biopsy, just elevated white count that runs in the family. Youngest and I went thru the fridge and threw out a few things that were expired/pitiful. I need to haul out the tomato pot and toss out the ones that are soft.

Taking Eldest to the hospital for a followup blood test. Her white count was a little elevated last time, so they want a clearer picture. Finally blocked the thing that was harassing me over vaccines. Reported it to Bsky several times, but it was still up for some reason. Fucking bots, man.

Hubs just did the thing and made a very nice (in my opinion) soup from the butternut squash out of our garden. He would have made it yesterday but he was under the impression it was a slow cooker thing. So was I. It was a stovetop thing! (very garlicky; perfect)

Hubs cleared the last 2 boxes of FIL's stash of stray envelopes, empty photo folders, half filled out passport applications, car registrations, blood test results, heart failure diets, scans of their SS cards and one work order from 2013. (he also fed me McDonald's for lunch; no dinner for me)

Several Thanksgivings ago, we had a turkey. We picked all the meat off of it and called it good. 3 days later, Hubs asks where I threw out the carcass. I did not. I thought Hubs did. Hubs lifted the lid off the roasting pan and a green cloud of stench filled the house. 🤢
