True story. Unlike JOE ROGAN, I have a degree in Nutritional Science. In school we took megadoses of vitamin C, and captured urine. All of the vitamin C we took was in urine. Never took vitamins again unless doctor told me, i.e. Vitamin D, etc temporarily. Science for the win!
