Age verification is required in my area now, and to be honest, I really did not want to deal with it, so I thought I lost access to this account for good. Turns out an old browser tab was still logged in. Wild! Anyway, if I suddenly disappear again, it probably means I finally cannot get back in.🙃

To be honest, even though hair always looks like one of the most complex and detail-heavy elements in anime avatars, faces are twice as hard to draw for me. It’s super common to redraw a face 3 or 4 times. 🥲

It seems that because most characters have clothes and accessories around their neck area, the default model's neck might be deliberately made rather long and straight??? So when I saw her neck at first glance, I felt there's something off, like her model was built in a different style 😅

I'm begging Nintendo to have Koei's writers teach IS's writers some basic geography and military knowledge, please!! Seriously, what kind of stupid regime leader would pick a spot like this for their capital?? 🙃

I keep seeing English-speaking users say Disney movies are boring because all the characters look the same. God, please stop saying that. I don't think Western audiences who watch anime or play JRPGs get bored by an entire work just because the characters share a similar art style.

Honestly, after playing some earlier Fire Emblem titles and Dynasty Warriors, I've come to realize that what I actually enjoy is just the storytelling by Koei Tecmo, not Fire Emblem. And with Fortune's Weave, it's already been confirmed that Koei won't be involved.

Returned from visiting family only to find my stylus dead. 😭 Temporarily drawing with an older pen that has lower pressure sensitivity. The rotation sensitivity on it is acting up as well, but it ends up producing an unexpected natural ink look 🤣 And btw, Annette is always a pleasure to draw🧡

I’ve been looking into even more content, and through these comparisons, I’ve realized something shocking: the English localization seems to be based strictly on the literal surface level of the Japanese text. They completely missed the nuances and implied meanings.

Linking back to my previous post, this is exactly why I tend to belive IS simply isn't following the original character lore. Koei Tecmo is more than capable of writing such intricate callbacks. And trust me, they do this constantly in their own games as well. The difference in attitude is obvious.

Sylvain is such an interesting character. In his C-support with Dimitri, he mentions that he tries to avoid Dimitri because Dimitri often stays up late. Then, in the Verdant Wind route, his line when he falls at Gronder Field is: 'Your Highness, you won't have any more nightmares, will you?

I am beyond confused. According to the official lore and conversations, there should be somewhat different between Felix’s childhood personality and the man he is today. He was supposed to be straightforward—even "cute."(Not sure if EN localization use this word, but should be something similar.)

Need some localization help! 🔍 Quotes (" ") or Italics ( )? I'm stuck on a formatting choice for the word "King" (referring specifically to the chess piece). Which looks more natural in a comic/manga bubble? A) "King" (Quotes) B) King (Italics) Thanks for your help! 💙

Hey guys! I’ve got a question. In the Japanese dub of FE3H, Sylvain occasionally refers to Dimitri as "Taishō" (大將). I was wondering what the EN localization for this term is? My impression is that it might be "General," but I’m not entirely sure. If anyone remembers, please let me know! Thanks! 🙇‍♂️
