Holy cats, screen addiction is no joke! Those algorithms pull you in and will NOT let go. With effort, I put all my screens away and picked up a book all of my friends had recommended. I'd forgotten how quickly a good book can draw you in and hold your attention. And no garbage opinions from videos.

I called 911 bc I'd fallen down the stairs and broke my ankle. 2 incredible EMTs were there in 5 minutes but why did #BrickPD show up? Why did a cop with a Kevlar vest, sudearm, & taser show up for a mere home accident? Made me nervous since I was sprawled on my kitchen floor & completely helpless
