Next @vmlclub.bsky.social GRUNT Night is Oct. 10th, 2026! It’s always fun doing the Hallowe’en poster. I generally cut loose with a a little ode to horror/pulp comics. This one ended up with a more a Strange Adventures vibe… #tentacles #gayleathermen #gayleather #gayscifi #gayhorror

Playing ideas for @vmlclub.bsky.social Sept. 12th GRUNT Night poster. The theme this month is Trades. This is thumbnail I was toying with the concept of a mechanic changing fluids. I’ll keep the idea around to see if it works elsewhere.

Trippy morning. My #AIAgent is almost ready to start developing its own codebase. Thanks to a lithe 31b parameter model - not even frontier stuff. It’s providing solid feedback on the tools it needs, how to test itself on local models, & critiquing implementation plans. Need name ideas: Theo?

Kaparthy's Wik LLM's idea is great, but it doesn't need Big AI to work… And that means private, near-free, personal knowledge base chats! #AI #Kaparthy #LLMs substack.com/home/post/p-... Writing is so freaking hard post-TBI it hurts. This is a cool idea I had AI build, so I’m gonna keep trying.

Working on something fun for @vmlclub.bsky.social ‘s next GRUNT Night Poster… guess the theme? Wrong answers only. Often I can’t draw digitally due to my TBI, but traditional #comicbookart style always feels more alive to me. Laying pencils over non-repo blue. #gayleathermen #gayartist

Trying a new process; I rough out the idea from photo reference/memory (play with proportions), pull it into digital for clean up & colours, print, then lay down inks for a natural line I can’t get from digital. I played with acrylics, but inks are my happy place. @bsky.art
