very westernized that aside I'm genuinely tired as hell from seeing the same actors over and over again. I can't even see the characters over the actors at this point

I saw the odyssey with my sibling on a reduced rate day at the theater the editing was offputting in several instances, dialogue was ok, acting was ok. it was just okay. pleasant enough if you have 3 hrs to kill

I hope I'll be fine. But in case something else happens, I've set up a goal on my Ko-Fi to try and give me more room to breathe. Probably won't reach the whole goal, but I'll still appreciate any and all help I can get. Please share if you can, thank you! 🙏 ko-fi.com/dragonmarquise

WELL NOW, would you look at that? A massive, 4-YEAR-LONG study of NEARLY 30 MILLION people in France found that individuals who received a COVID-19 mRNA vaccine had a 74% LOWER risk of death from severe COVID-19 compared to unvaccinated individuals and ZERO increased risk of all-cause mortality.

'tis the season of art prompt lists. i made my own list for OC-tober this year! 🎨 have fun with it. feel free to do as much or as little as you want, repeat the same prompts multiple times, combine with other lists, whatever is fun for you! #OC-tober #OC-tober2026 #OCsky

TITLE: OC-Tober Art Prompts
Description: it's OC-tober, the perfect excuse to spend the whole month drawing your
original characters. you can approach these prompts with whatever degree
of seriousness and effort you want. this isn't a legally binding list of obligations,
it's just ideas to get the gears turning!
the list: • finish an unfinished piece (maybe even more than one)
• design a new character, or finish an unfinished design
• rework a character design that needs some polish
• design a movie poster or a magazine cover
• draw a single-page comic or short storyboard
• draw your OCs in an alternate universe
• draw your OCs in another art style
• find a blank art meme/challenge to do
• draw something you find difficult, using your OC
• draw an OC at a different age than you usually do
• redraw a scene from a movie or TV show with OCs
• draw an OC cosplaying one of the characters that
inspired their design
• redraw a childhood drawing of an OC
• draw two OCs interacting who you haven't before
• play with alternate color palettes
Footnote: re-interpret however you want or combine with other lists! the only
rules are have fun, take care of your wrists, and don't use AI.

Honestly, I believe this as well Think about a time you got to do something you loved. You definitely had the energy and didn't want to stop. Laziness I honestly believe is always something else, at the very simplest, it's burnout or not worth the effort and that's valid

The Carney government just introduced Bill C-39, legislation that attacks Canada's longstanding environmental protections and labour rights. Let’s stop this draft legislation from becoming law. Join us to call on MPs across the country to Reject Bill C-39. win.newmode.net/c39 #cdnpoli

This week the Liberals tabled Bill C-39, granting every item on corporations’ wish list whether that’s undermining the right to strike, violating Indigenous Constitutional rights or gutting environmental protections.

Today was really fun. Hanged out with a bestie and we went to a bead/charm workshop (we made bracelets), dined at a yakiniku restaurant and indulged... then we walked off the food coma for a bit. I made my friend doodle in my sketchbook while we waited for the bus home (dreamy sigh)

I said it before and will say it again the liberal party in Canada is just fascism 2 dude it’s such a joke

030

•·Flash·• @nixtetic.bsky.social · 26/09/2026

So now members of parliament are not allowed to cross the line to support other parties bills because they’ll get punished? Fascinating!!!!

010

•·Flash·• @nixtetic.bsky.social · 26/09/2026

Oh so one MP was demoted bc the liberal party didn’t want him to support the an NDP bill that’d tighten Canadian arms export ( ending up in israel to kill people in Palestine) and the same party is trying to put in a bill to revoke people’s right to strike? 💀I need everyone to vote for NDP dude

there was a sudden and biblical amount of fruit/drain flies in our apartment. it's been a royal pain in the ass trying to cull them and there's this this one asshole fly in my room that keeps landing on my hands (as if to taunt me) and flies away just as I'm about to swat it 🙂

One of my favorite cases of someone being Wrong on the Internet was a very earnest, very confused vegan who was telling people how cruel honey is; and it eventually turned out they thought honey was made by putting bees in a centrifuge and spinning them around until they threw up.
