Witch hat atelier outfit for self insert. It still feels it doesn't quite fit? Maybe I'm over thinking it. Second page had some additions to the design still unsure of adding the ribbons like that to the cardigan. Cardigan would be crocheted and probably adding Tartah's shirt collar to my blouse.
