Disappointingly, even on TMI you do have to scroll past the scores and winners on the episode/series pages to reach the task/series list for the episode, but that's still far better than the winner being in the center of the screen the instant you load the page.
TM Wiki's page on Series 7. The series champion is highlighted right in the center of the screen.TMI's page on Series 7. The champion is not immediately visible.Again, on TMI's page you have to scroll a little over four screen lengths to see who won the series, though the list of episodes is directly below it.

This is true of episode and season pages too. Seen below is an episode page comparison, with a season page comparison in the next post. (I'm marking these as graphic media because they're big enough spoilers that I don't want to expose someone to them unwillingly, go watch series 7 first!)
The episode page for Series 7's "I can hear it gooping.", stating right in the center that James Acaster won it.What's immediately visible upon loading the TMI page for Series 7's "I can hear it gooping.". No winner is visible. On TMI you have to scroll about four screen-lengths down to reach the scores and winner (though unfortunately the list of tasks for the episode is past that).

Whereas if you look it up on TMI, you get this. The first image is just what's immediately visible, while the second is how far down you have to scroll to be spoiled on the winner.
The TM Info page for "Tie yourself up as securely as possible", with no spoilers immediately visible. The task brief is (mostly) on screen immediately.Approximately three screen heights' worth of the TM Info page on the "Tie yourself up as securely as possible" task. The scores for the task, with the winner marked in yellow, are visible at the bottom of this third height, with details on the attempts shown just above that.

This is what you see when you look up Series 7's "Tie yourself up as securely as possible." task on the Fandom page. Circled are spoilers of who won both that task and the semi-surprise second task that came into play in the middle of it.
The TM Wiki page for "Tie yourself up as securely as possible", which states who the winner was on the third line and also shows a secondary task (and who won that) without scrolling down whatsoever.

Blocking external apps doesn't prevent users from using them, sharing individual messages or user profiles with the app, or receiving command output from them. It only prevents that command output from being posted visibly in the channel/server. For example:
Two messages from "ShadowBot" demonstrating what the post says, both in response to Nixill using commands. The first is one of Discord's timestamp message codes that just says 15:00, only visible to the user taking the screenshot, with the user not allowed to use external apps. The second is an embed that reflects the start of a message's text and the IDs and creation timestamps of that message, its author, and the channel it's in. The author's ID and time of account creation have been redacted.

Full transcript of all text follows:

I've modified it below to show the time the tweet was posted and the time of Carter's death. The line can be represented as the number of people for whom it's Monday at the given time.
XKCD comic #2092 "Consensus New Year", modified with red lines at approximately 7:00AM EST with arrows pointing right (this is off the graph to the left side) and at 3:45PM EST with arrows pointing left (intercepting the graph's line at about the 60% mark).

The original underlying comic is transcribed below courtesy of the Explain XKCD wiki:

[A graph labeled “Percentage of the world's population living in 2019” with Y-axis markers at 0%, 50%, and 100%, and X-axis markers at 10:00 AM EST Dec 31st, 1:30 PM EST, 7:00 PM EST, Midnight EST, 3:00 AM EST Jan 1st, and 7:00 AM EST.]

[The line graph shows the percentage increasing from 0 to 100% in several steps, with 50% reached at 1:30 PM EST.]

[Caption below the panel:] Consensus New Year: as of 1:30PM Eastern Time (6:30PM UTC) a majority of the world's population will be living in 2019.

Here's a map of those areas (drawn on top of the timeanddate.com time zone map):
A time zone map of the world.

The map features a thicker black line separating UTC plus 3 from UTC plus 3:30 or UTC plus 4, with arrows pointing to the east. This line separates Europe, Africa, the westernmost Russian time zone, and most of the Middle East from Asia, Oman, Iran, and so forth.

The map features another thicker black line that is mostly east of the International Date Line, bending very slightly around Siberia, with arrows pointing to the west. It sits between the UTC plus 12 and UTC plus 13 or UTC minus 11 time zones.

In between the two lines sits China, India, Australia, Japan, New Zealand, the Koreas, Iran, Mongolia, Oman, most of Russia, and a host of other countries and Pacific islands.
