"You're a horror Vtuber, why don't you have a grotesque form?" Easy, horror is a huge umbrella of a genre that have subgenres that makes it unique from other genre of storytelling. My brand of horror is 50s B-Horror camp, which isn't always about the grotesque side.

My most important advice for artists new and old, when looking for dynamic poses / aesthetic, do not sleep on pop culture. Seriously, get inspired by music videos, old movies, magazines, etc. Take an older idea / concept and twist it.

Art is never about the destination and "pretty picture good", it is and always has been about the process itself. If you don't enjoy the process of physically picking up a tool and doing it, then you are not an artist. You're shallow and lack critical thinking.

Boiling art down to "pretty / perfectly structured picture good & imperfect / stylized picture bad" is shallow & silly binary thinking. There's nothing wrong with wanting to look at something aesthetically pleasing, but believing that's the only "right way" is sad & uninspiring.

I wholeheartedly believe there's no such thing as "bad art". Art is self expression & doesn't have to be aesthetically beautiful to be worth something. Not everyone is going to like your art and that's ok, but don't silence yourself for hallow perfection. 💕 AI still sucks tho.

The sad reality is there's opportunistic assholes in this space that will only befriend you if you can provide something for them. This happened to me. Once they got free art, they dipped and never spoke to me again. It sucks, but a real friend will support your hard work. 💀💕
