watching mink go thru KH3 again it's kinda crazy to me how there was ever a debate over whether KH2 or KH3 Sora was stronger. this game is actually insanely good about showing you how strong the darkness is. King Mickey and Riku are both getting their asses beat by Shadows from frame one

regardless of your take on this, this being the first major Green Party headline UK media has picked up in months right before arguably the party’s most important by-election this next week is so fucking transparent

i mean correct me if im wrong but the “Zionism is racism” policy doesn’t even say anything about whether or not Israel has a right to exist. it’s just calling a pro-apartheid, genocidal ideology for precisely what it is? “oh noo, it’s an attack on our right to exist 😢” you mean. like a genocide?

i dunno man, i’m not huge on the idea that randos on the internet get to speak for a victim as to what is enough restitution for a crime why do we want a culture in which no one can ever be rehabilitated, or grow, or change

i was musing about this last night but i wanna double down on it i wish as a culture we placed a similar sort of cosmic importance on friendship and connections much like Kingdom Hearts that friends, loved ones, become apart of your heart/soul and you become apart of theirs that this persists -

this is excellent

stigmatizing Rowling’s weaponization of childhood not only requires personal withdrawal for most people, it necessitates something much more difficult: being a giant fucking killjoy. You should tell people discussing the show that you’re not watching it, and why, and you should let yourself openly cringe at your sister-in-law’s Harry Potter tote bag, and you should bring up unprompted that the onslaught of legislation against trans people makes you sad and angry, presuming it does, and you should do this because, not despite, the fact that it will make you look annoying as hell and may make everyone present uncomfortable. (You probably won’t even get the kudos of looking like a cool ally, because you’re still ultimately talking about Harry Potter. Sorry about that.)

I am practising zero tolerance for this shit. If they use genAI for any part of development, then I don't know how I'm supposed to trust that they aren't using it elsewhere. They keep only being sorry when they get caught, they keep pleading for special exemptions. Just. Don't. Use. It.
