Did you just forget everything that happened, or did you even forget THAT you watched the movie?

I think one underdiscussed reason that people are gravitating towards these games is because they ask so little of your life *going forward*, too. Most of them don’t have XP, or battle passes. For almost any larger multiplayer effort that’s coming out these days, who could claim the same?

The in-between sections should be a much smaller portion of the experience. I don't hate them but they shouldn't take up 70% of the first dozen-ish hours of the game.

Getting "Mario Karted" sucks and is far more common in World, but the mistake I keep seeing people make is when they get hit by that first red or blue shell in a top position, they keep trying to hold the optimal driving lines with no items or speed like bro the fog is coming, MOVE.

I went to the other plazas to see them in 60f then looked away, it's so much faster than I was ready for lol this is not edited btw

I used to delete the post I'd make when going live once the stream has ended. Not sure if I should keep doing it; I don't know how often people actually want/care to see them. It might be annoying to some but I also don't make many posts on here otherwise...

In terms of frame-drops, it seems to be the case.

The more I learn about VGC, the more I'm baffled at how little they considered the inconvenience they are creating for a LARGE percentage of families.

I don't go outside enough to have an opinion.

I was just about to complain after I realized that Nintendo added both Virtual Game Cards AND GameShare that, while great for local users, fails to consider long-distance family/friendships. But apparently, GameShare will have *some* online functionality, so that's cool I guess...

Most of the tracks seem to be ok for this, but I'd still really like to see 200cc return; especially for Time Trials.

Nitro Rocket @nitrorocket.bsky.social · 18/04/2025

Mario Kart World looks great, but they widened the track in many places (especially in-between courses) to fit 24 players; this makes it look like there are way less sharp corners and tight driving sections. If 200cc doesn't return, I'm worried this game will feel slow/stale after a few months.

Honestly, I think this video contains a lot of jumping to conclusions and many terribly weak arguments for me to take it seriously.

Hey guys! I’m planning to start releasing comic pages weekly in 2025! I’m working on building a buffer before I can make it happen, but currently I can only do this in my spare time. With support I may be able to make it happen faster! Visit my Kofi page to see how you can help: ➡️ ko-fi.com/keysatri
