I am doing something called "transition to work" where my employer pays me to work, but instead of my normal job they have me "volunteer" at a non-profit. Just so happens that the place they have me at is a christian thrift store... and I'm hating every moment of it.

Having a Pathfinder game where it's set as a guild and the games are more episodic has really helped with running for a large group of people with chaotic schedules and for allowing different GMs to run different kind of stories.
