The success of Splatoon 3 and Splatoon Raiders genuinely makes me so excited for Splatoon’s future 🤩 like Raiders as a spin off having that much positive impact on the main game is very cool considering it’s a Switch 2 exclusive

There’s a time when I thought 5 splattershots in splatoon 3 was crazy, fast forward two years and we’re on SEVEN splattershots for no reason bc 4/7 are just reskins 😭

Not to “Nintendo has forgotten about Mario” but I’m very surprised there’s no new 3D Mario game announcement. I know DK Bananza was likely the same team but considering Odyssey’s success, the fact it’s nearly 9 years old & it still being the Mario 40th anniversary I’m surprised theres been nothing 😭

Nintendo missed such a cool opportunity to drop something Zelda related today like the blood moon literally rises today, botw was released exactly 7 years ago today AND it’s Zelda’s 40th anniversary year, this was the perfect day for Zelda drop 😭

I love bluesky’s commitment to announcing new updates/features EVERY time another app is getting critiqued for something, they do it every time like clockwork 😭

For all the speculation about what was gonna be added in splatoon 3’s 11.0 update, I don’t think a single person had down “aura farming will unironically become an actual in game mechanic” 😭

I feel like if they were gonna do a switch 2 edition it would’ve been announced with raiders since that’s gonna be a switch 2 exclusive. But I don’t even think it would make sense for s3 to have a switch 2 edition, it’s more likely s4 would just be a switch 2 exclusive instead

I feel like these wrapped style recaps have got outta hand bc why did I get a notification telling me to check the one for my food shopping and I’ve found out that last year I was in the top 10 buyers for chicken sausage across my entire city 😭

the more likes anti bsky posts get, the more confirmation he gets that people won't leave. people don't seem to realise that the more they talk about not liking bsky or other alternatives, the more it just reads as a pass for him to keep messing up twitter more

imo music should stay a separate app but all the others can be combined my bet is nintendo release their own social network at some point, I think a lot of this was prompted by el*n messing up twitter so badly that they’d rather make their own version of everything, instead of trusting other apps

SPLATOON PLAYERS 🐙 I have a question… how many hours do you currently have in Splatoon 3 rn? Bc I was trying to explain to someone that my hours are like a perfectly normal amount inside the community & probably low for a creator (1430) but they didn’t believe me 😅

For context, she was asked to ban a transphobe and THIS is what she does instead… does page one of “how to be a social media CEO” say you have to be childish, unable to take criticism and have no understanding of the people who use your platform bc why do they all end up like this 🙄

splatoon raiders announcement heading towards 1M views when it was shadow dropped and not included in any direct yet is kinda crazy… like these numbers and there’s probably still a bunch of Nintendo fans who don’t know it exists yet bc it’s not been in a direct 👀

Splatoon fans would NOT survive the Pikmin release schedule. Splatoon is getting its 4th game (even though raiders is a spinoff) in 11 years next year. Pikmin fans waited 9 years between 2&3, and then 10 years between 3&4 😭 Nintendo haven’t forgotten, it’s been a few months 😭
