Secondly, adding increased a zone can have where a random POI during the run will have better loot rewards if completed. Or a map event with increased difficulty option on, equals to better loot overall. I hope you can see this and implement it in the Symbiosis update.

I suggest that there should now be an option to turn off Rook spawns. Adding survival w/ increased difficulty will make it challenging either way and another great option for solo players to enjoy Marathon as a whole.

My vinyl of the #BreathoftheWild soundtrack arrived the other day. Something about listening to this soundtrack on a record player hits very different. I love it honestly. Here's hoping that @nintendoamericax.bsky.social can do it again soon for other beloved titles. Metroid Prime perhaps?

And it's also service now and days that leaning too much into the monetization. Between the Nitro service and paying $7 just to have a font option for your name is just lame. Like to me I thought it's sole purpose was to be a #communication tool. Not an app that you have to pay to send larger files.

I left a bunch of #Discord servers today. I have it just as a communication tool w/ my friends. I don't use it to join these servers randomly. Plus I'm a introverted antisocial dude. And although Discord is good for what it does... It's an application that just gets plagued w/ hackers and spammers.

Between w/ Halo and Destiny, Bungie has always found a way to balancing out PvE and PvP. But because #MarathonGame is an "extraction shooter" the game only has to have PvP which sucks to me. I'm realistically playing this game to support you.

Listen Bungie, just allow us to bring back the loot in general in your upcoming PvE mode! This world and the environmental storytelling that Marathon offers is what I like most! Just have the survival mode be something of an escalating challenge minus the Rook(s) showing up during the run.

Season 3 I have reasons to believe that the upcoming PvE mode you won't be able to bring back the loot. You're only using some low end kit and you'll upgrade it by bringing back a specific loot that'll allow you to upgrade that kit.

To me, it just doesn't make sense when Bungie's previous experience offered to either do something single player/alone or do some PvP. I just feel that Sony is just interfering too much w/ the max potential with this game. I have my doubts in how I feel about Season 3 also.

Ya know... I'll say it... I do want players that play #MarathonGame to have chill sessions. I mean chill sessions w/o other runners. I'm getting to a point whether I extract or not... If I run into another runner, I'm turning off the game. Say what you want, I'm here for a short time not a long time

#MarathonGame should learn from Grey Zone, #Witchfire and Escape from Ducktov. These games are survival/extraction shooters that either are solo PvE experience or have the option to either play in PvE only or PvPvE environment.

Another thought I have is this... #MarathonGame advertises itself as an "extraction shooter" w/ my experience, players more so treat it as another Battle Royale mostly. Where it's clear out the lobby first do the extraction thing second. I.E. looting, events etc...

A good census of players that don't want to engage w/ the PvP in this genre. There's other means of opportunities of winning in extraction games. In #MarathonGame case that has a very interesting world and its lore. Nobody can't really experience that w/o being targeted for no reason.

W/ #MarathonGame... The issue is you have genre of a game that is still very niche and still doesn't have a whole of lot of players being interested in. The genre Extraction shooter. With this genre you're being forced funneled into a PvP environment.

The UESC is strong but still in solo play they're still a pain to fight. But walking back to the PvE mode as a rogue lite. It gets harder the longer you stay. More balancing in solo play overall. That's my suggestion for S3 and onward for Marathon @marathonteam.bungie.net

Just let people enjoy the game how they should! Also for contracts, lose the objectives where we have to eliminate runners. Contested contracts should also be eliminated. I also don't want the game to be easier, just make it balanced for solo play. @marathonteam.bungie.net

Here's the only thing I want in S3 for Marathon. Honestly for the PvE mode just make it as a rogue Lite. Same 25 mins, have exfil opportunities. However the longer you stay, it'll progressively get harder. All loot is extractable! No hostile runners. @marathonteam.bungie.net
