We have created a Bluesky account for the WhoGov project, which we will use for updates, sharing research on political elites, & data visualizations. We are working on many new projects, including a new webpage (will be launched in July), gathering more data, a R-package, and we even got a new logo

Exited to share my new article! It shows that the de facto safe havens transborder rebel groups once enjoyed abroad are becoming less secure. As the ICC and universal jurisdiction increase legal risks in foreign sanctuary, rebel groups turn to amnesties for serious crimes as a pathway home.
