Walking around in the bush with my head down again this morning. I’m absolutely in love with the gills on this mushroom. I think it might be a type of oysterling. 🍄🌿
Looking at the underside of a frilly oyster mushroom. The different lobes overlap, each other kind of like a nudibranch, it’s tan gills form, beautiful, ripping patterns.

Over 75% of the world’s food crops need pollinators. Yet, bee populations are declining due to: 🔸habitat loss 🔸climate change 🔸excessive use of pesticides Our fertiliser plan promotes healthier ecosystems vital for bees’ survival. We need to keep our bees busy and well. #WorldBeeDay
The image features two colourful illustrations of a market stand with various fruits and vegetables. The top one has warm, joyful colours, with many bees flying around and baskets filled with fruit. The bottom part, painted in blue, gives a cooler feeling and features fewer bees and produce, with the text 'less bees = high fees'. There is a European Union logo in the bottom right corner.
