Oldie but goldie! This article with me popped up in a conversation today, took a while to find it. Happy it's still available to read. If you haven't, feel free to do it. If you have, feel free to do it again. Good times, Noshahr Canals! mp1st.com/features/bat...

How Battlefield’s Most Iconic Team Deathmatch Map Was Made

Some might say that the Battlefield best TDM map of all time is Noshahr Canals, and we talked to DICE on how it was made.

Yup. Thats me. You probably wondering how we ended up on this map? #DevCommands *queue Baba O'Riley* @scootertwist.bsky.social @235nuke.bsky.social @pergy21.bsky.social

Mention ”The Challenge” (a.k.a ”Babel”, a.k.a ”Stairs”) from #BattlefieldV enough times to Battlefield veterans and they will reinstall the game just to have another go and prove themselves in the longest and most skill demand bonus feature / Easter egg in gaming ever. And I love it.

Outlook popping up reminders about canceled meetings is an interesting feature. - "Hey, Niklas, in 15 minutes the meeting will NOT happen."

Rewatching GoT with my daughter (who's previously only seen the first seasons). I must say I appreciate Tyrion Lannister much more this time around. He is without doubt my favorite. A verdict shared with my daughter. I guess good job and well played, Peter Dinklage.

Saw this one in an outdoor exhibition showing amazing Google Earth / satellite photos. I must say Valparaiso looks a bit more developed than in Bad Company 2. 😳 Or were we just north above the satellite image? Yeah, that have been it. Funny that the beach for Discarded in 2042 was also on display.

Funny, the level designer that made the initial layout proposal for the "Haven" in BF2042 (map that is narratively located in the Atacama Desert) was also responsible for the map "Atacama Desert" in BF:BC2.

Whoever is keeping the list of name variations for Noshahr Canals should make sure IGN's "Norshar Canals" is included. 🤣 To be fair, it's no easy. Totally forgivable. Most misspelled name in gaming history? Prove me wrong.

Just saw this photo. Might be ”late to the party”… but why do all except the right astronaut look like twins?

I give my family the same type of review when being first to taste a cake we bought. Just so I can keep it to myself. When it comes to _anything_ else it is one of few things that make me wish we were back in the 90s when writing reviews only ended up as a piece of paper on some notice board. Sad.

When you missed the note about only wearing white to the party. Left white giving me the most judging look and I'm too shy to look back.

Lightroom experts - If I apply masks to a photo, then copy changes and batch apply these to other photos the masks are not auto applied but I have to manually click to recalculate masks for each photo. Making the batch feature much less automatic. Anyone know a solution to this? #adobe #lightroom

BF2 - Kubra Dam - Upper dam flag - The map was put in the shade by Strike at Karkand, Mashtuur City and Gulf Of Oman. Struggled to get players attention but still had its fans, specially those who like vertical gameplay. We took a team selfie standing on top of the dam, I wonder where that jpg is?

If you were stuck on an island with three #Battlefield objectives of your choice from any of the games, which three would that be? 1... 2... 3... Tomorrow evening, as a bonus, I'll try to remember an anecdote about each of your combined top three.

I had almost forgot about this video I published a while back. Even noticed I had missed to reply to a few comments - fixed that. Watched the whole thing again like a person who just stumbled upon it. Good times building it. Maybe time to do another insane Lego project?
