Not one but two Lufthansa 747s ended up at Manchester airport this weekend, and I know it was extremely stressful for everyone who found themselves in Wythenshawe instead of Toronto, however I have had a lovely day of it

Thanks Gamescom! I've had the best time, met incredible people, learned a lot, seen enough lights, sounds, colours, and oversized machinery to last me a good while, and am returning home with renewed excitement for Grave Seasons** **After I lie down by the river in Basel for at least a week

Very excited to be speaking at gamescom dev this year! I'll be giving an in depth look at how we've made a relatively big game robust by separating out core logic to allow for automated testing. Did you know that internally Grave Seasons is entirely playable as a text adventure?

Grave Seasons features a *supernatural* serial killer, as you can see here in the @merriam-webster.com dictionary 📖

A snapshot of the Merriam Webster dictionary page for the word supernatural, which includes an example sentence pulled from a Deadline article quote: "Grave Seasons is a colorful pixelated farming and town simulation game (reminiscent of Stardew Valley), where amidst all the relationship building and crop harvesting, players must figure out which of the townspeople is a supernatural serial killer."

Tapping the sign again. The term "AI" in the way we've traditionally used it to mean "computer-controlled characters" has been poisoned and it suuucks. I'm very specialized in game "AI" and it is an entirely different thing from trained/learning AI models.
