The racism in HP is in the form of problematic character names and the existence of a literal slave race. Antisemitic in that the bank goblins are pretty heavily based on harmful Antisemitic stereotypes. I'm sure there's more. I don't know about transphobia in the books, but it wouldn't surprise me.

You can never truly separate art from the artist, at least not for written works. The ideals of the author permeate their works. Tolkien wasn't a fan of allegory or telling the reader how to interpret something. Nevertheless, there is undeniable biblical inspiration. Same thing here.
