I've never taken to Collard because he's always struck me as a total helmet and the way he acted over this situation is yet another example of it it doesn't matter how good you are, if you can't afford the seat it's a moot point you'd think he'd know being the son of a Bronze-rated GT driver!

"things were said in the heat of the moment" I assume refers to this social media post I don't think it's a bad decision to stand Kawashima down - he was way off the pace at a very simple circuit and it wasn't a great look for the series - but I'm very surprised they've brought Collard back
