Yesterday I hit a couple of goals I have had for a while. I rowed a half marathon. This is just shy of two hours on the #concept2 erg at zone 2 heart rate intensity. I have been rowing a lot of 6k and 12k sessions to prep for this. It also took me over 2 million lifetime meters. 🎉 #row #erg

This used to be my old stomping ground when I lived in London. Having to route around Hammersmith bridge would be quite a pain. By the same token I wouldn't want to be on it when the cracks opened and the bridge completely failed. #london #zone2
