Hi friends, we've got a couple of urgent needs: @najla1991.bsky.social needs $400 to repair her broken phone. 3 of Nedal's kids are ill with fevers and need medicine and food. Their links are in the bio. Even small donations help. ❤️‍🩹

Najlaa is at $535/700 needed to move to a new plot of land. Can we help her knock out this last $165 so we can send her the first batch of money? This is an urgent need, the family is at risk from the sea tides. chuffed.org/project/najlaa Verified by @mommunism.bsky.social

A black and white drawing of a woman wearing a hijab, and three young children. The caption reads, "Najlaa & her family NEED YOUR HELP"

NAJLAA AND HER THREE CHILDREN LIVE IN A DISPLACEMENT CAMP IN GAZA, IN A TENT ON THE BEACH VERY CLOSE TO THE WATER. AS WINTER APPROACHES, NAJLAA DESPERATELY NEEDS TO FIND A SAFER AREA TO LIVE, AS THE OCEAN WAVES THREATEN TO FLOOD THEIR TENT.

IN NAJLAA'S OWN WORDS:

"My children and I are threatened by the danger of waves, the sea, and winter. I work day and night to build a sand wall around the tent, but unfortunately the sand quickly collapses and erodes after the waves hit it strongly. I am worried about my children, and I stay awake all night for fear that the waves will enter the tent and destroy it."

Najlaa needs funds for:

Transportation to a new location

Rental fees for beach plot

New tent

Winter clothes/supplies
